Truth Monday: I have very little respect for those who cannot cook. Here’s why.

  I have very little respect for those who cannot cook.  

Casseroles?  #Casseroles from the Midwest are #swill and worst than the worst.   Most are high in fat and full of soup crap  that over powers the meal.   Fat women eat them.  Eat lean.

I use  this website  to cook.  http://allrecipes.com/   I also use http://www.publix.com/aprons-recipes which is our local supermarket.  

#Followdirections.   Most recipes are directions to a wonderful meal.  And to those who are up north.  I have an issue with because right now you are cold. 

I  don’t do dipshit things and offer up cold and look old.  I may have been raised Catholic and look stupid but I am not.  You are cold and I am not.   You pay rent, but I do not.   Some of you pay something to a bank, but I do not.  I am not lying.    I count my blessings. 

Now the pool  may be green and need two jugs of chlorine but we here rarely swim in the winter.   But where are your steaks and lobsters?   Where is your pool?   Where is your Florida driver’s LIcense?    

My real point:   This whole meal made at home was about $35 for three. The steak was about $11  bucks and the whole lobster tail thing was about $15 bucks.  That bottle below is what we use to cook things with here in Tampa Bay. The Sangria was about $7 bucks.

Simple meal.   We had mango key lime pie for dessert.  It is a Publix thing.

It WAS VERY AFFORDABLE AND FUN.

Yes, we had three for dinner.  We still have my school sister living with us and because as a couple we did not want her to be by herself we invited her to our dinner.  We had did not want her to be by herself or lonely.
